Dean’s true passion for property management has grown over his 30-year career in property commercial leasing, sales and building management.
Dean has a comprehensive background in all facets of the industry having worked with numerous realty, construction and development companies.  Dean started Hitchcocks, which he developed over the last 20 years into a successful commercial real estate and property management company. Having implemented marketing strategies with real estate agents, mentoring new property managers and project managing various residential townhouse developments all while running his own successful commercial real estate and property management business.
This diverse background has given Dean in-depth knowledge of the property industry which has shaped his work ethic and dependability.
